PENINGKATAN KUALITAS STANDART PENDIDIK PAUD DALAM MANAJEMEN LEMBAGA TAMAN KANAK-KANAK

From time to time until now the growth of PAUD institutions is increasingly rapid, but not matched by an increase in the quality of educators, so that it has an impact on the quality of management of kindergarten institutions. The purpose of this research is to improve the standard quality of educators in the management of institutions in RA Al-Khodijah Kasiyan Timur Puger, Jember.This research is descriptive qualitative research, data collection methods are by interview, observation and documentation. The results of the study revealed that the management of kindergarten in RA Al-Khadijah was of high quality. This is because it is supported by increasing the quality standards of educators in accordance with academic qualifications, competencies and organized based on school needs. Teachers are facilitated to have undergraduate qualifications, participate in technical assistance activities, workshops and also coaching that can support the professional competence of teachers.
