ANALISIS DAMPAK PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM PENGUATAN PROFIL PELAJAR PANCASILA TERHADAP KEMANDIRIAN BELAJAR SISWA PAUD SEKOLAH PENGGERAK ANGKATAN 3 KABUPATEN SITUBONDO

Early childhood education (PAUD) is the initial gateway for child development, including in fostering learning independence. Learning independence is the key to children's success in the future, so it needs to be built from an early age. Learning independence is necessary at an early age because it is the initial basis for the formation of students' character and learning habits. This study aims to describe the results of the analysis of the impact of the implementation of the Pancasila student profile strengthening program in increasing student learning independence at DWP 1 Jatibanteng Situbondo Kindergarten. This study uses a qualitative approach by presenting the results of interviews with driving school teachers. The data collection technique in this study uses observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Program has a significant impact on the learning independence of DWP 1 Jatibanteng Situbondo Kindergarten students. The students who participated in this program showed an increase in learning motivation, independence in doing assignments, and a better understanding of Pancasila values. This shows that this program is effective and relevant in increasing the learning independence of PAUD students.
