PROBLEMS OF PUBLIC INVOLVEMENT IN SOCIAL DESIGN

The article addresses the pressing issue of insufficient effectiveness in the use of the social project management method. Analyzing survey data, it concludes that there is a significant gap between the interest of the population in social project management and their actual involvement in this activity. Social project management is not only a scientific concept but also an effective method for addressing social issues that encourages citizen engagement in the processes of societal transformation. Based on the analysis of conducted surveys and studies, key problems hindering the development of social project management are identified, such as a low level of awareness and a lack of skills among novice professionals in this field. The article also proposes solutions to these problems.
