Capacity Planning Optimization of Multi-Level Distribution Network Considering Multiple Flexible Loads
Compared with the traditional power system, the power supply structure of the new power system takes renewable energy as the main body. With the obvious randomness, fluctuation, and intermittence characteristics, the power grid has higher and higher requirements for flexible controllability, security, and stability. In this paper, the distribution network planning framework based on the resource-network-load-storage cooperation is designed innovatively. To realize the security and stability operation of the power grid and full absorption of distributed power supply, the three key technologies of distributed energy output curve fitting, multiple flexible resource response prediction, and fast sequential operation simulation are required to break through. The five planning contents that complete the distribution network digital modeling, distributed energy prediction, load curve optimization, time series simulation, and comprehensive scheme comparison are realized. Considering the development of distributed energy and flexible load, the multi-level distribution network planning optimization of regional source network load and storage is carried out through a time series simulation platform. Finally, the effectiveness and adaptability of the proposed algorithm are verified by a practical power grid.
