A Dynamic Evaluation and Analysis Framework of Command Information System Resilience based on Complex Network
Focusing on the key issues such as the construction of structural model, the establishment of resilience index system, and the analysis of resilience evaluation, this paper provides a descriptive definition of command information system resilience based on an in-depth analysis of the concept and process of resilience. Combined with the military characteristics and functional attributes of the system, it summarizes what should be focused on in evaluation of command information system resilience. A dynamic evaluation and analysis framework for command information system resilience based on complex networks is proposed, utilizing the unique advantages of complex network theory in describing the static structural characteristics and dynamic behavioral characteristics. The framework covers six core aspects, including uncertainty analysis, system structure modeling, index system construction, evaluation experiment design, simulation experiment system and model construction, experimental verification and evaluation analysis. It comprehensively and systematically integrates the key elements of resilience evaluation, and forms a complete dynamic process, which not only provides powerful direction and framework foundation for the construction of command information system resilience theoretical system, but also offers valuable references for system resilience design and optimization.
