Research on Geological Hazard Monitoring and Early Warning of Transmission Lines Based on UAV-A Case Study of Panyi Line
With the rapid economic development in the southwest region of China, transmission lines play a crucial role in ensuring the region’s power supply. However, the complex and variable geological environment frequently threatens transmission lines with landslides, collapses, and mudslides, especially along the Panyi 246 route, where the high incidence of geological disasters poses a serious challenge to the stability of the power system. Traditional manual inspection methods are not only inefficient but also difficult to respond in time during disasters, so it is urgent to introduce efficient and intelligent monitoring methods. This study uses drone technology to analyze the affected terrain, tower damage, and surrounding geological structure, providing a basis for disaster assessment and ensuring the scientificity and effectiveness of the judgment. It also reduces inspection costs and successfully warns of multiple landslide events in actual applications, ensuring the safe operation of the Panyi 246 route.
