Simulation and optimization of full nucleic acid detection service under epidemic prevention and control situation
In this paper, a queuing model of nucleic acid detection service is established according to the randomness of the arrival rate of the personnel to be tested and the randomness of the detection service time. The arrival rate and detection service time of the personnel to be tested are randomly simulated, and the nucleic acid detection is dynamically simulated. Get the arrival rate of different people to be tested and the queuing time of nucleic acid detection under different detection service time, the busy rate of each detection service desk and other factors. Considering the waiting cost of the personnel to be tested, the requirement of interval distance, the operation efficiency of the detection service desk and the allocation of medical resources, and effectively combining the safety distance requirements of epidemic prevention and control, the risk of secondary infection caused by aggregation is reduced, and the optimal number of detection service desks and the guidance of the personnel to be tested are obtained. An optimization scheme is proposed for the scientific safety of nucleic acid detection, and feasible suggestions are provided for reasonable queuing and epidemic prevention and control command.
