Research on Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Patrol and Detection Technology for Transmission Lines
In the current context of rapid technological advancements, drone technology is evolving at an astonishing pace and has been widely adopted in the realm of transmission line inspection. Particularly in the scenarios of long-distance overhead transmission lines with complex geographical conditions, drones have significantly alleviated the workload of inspection personnel and ensured their safety. In the aspect of disaster prevention and mitigation for transmission lines, the application of drones is still in the initial trial stage. Against the backdrop of the landslide case in the Wufeng Mountain area of Hubei, this paper investigates the technologies of drones for rapidly surveying, accurately assessing, and efficiently early warning different geological disasters through means such as image recognition and data analysis under its complex geomorphic characteristics, with the aim of providing technical support and practical references for the safe and stable operation of the power system and the intelligent promotion of disaster prevention and mitigation work.
