Design and development of measurement and control system for hydrogen production from electrolytic water based on microcontroller
This paper introduces the design and development of a microcontroller-based measurement and control system for hydrogen production by electrolytic water. This design connects with BMP180 module and hydrogen sensor through I2C bus, collects ambient temperature and pressure data in real time, and calculates hydrogen concentration according to the collected hydrogen sensor data. Then the relay plays a switch role on the hydrogen production device of electrolytic water. If the hydrogen concentration is enough, the relay will open, that is, the hydrogen production device will stop; If the concentration is not up to standard, the relay is closed, the hydrogen production device runs, and the external temperature is too high, the buzzer alarms, thus forming a safe, environmentally friendly and reliable cycle mode for hydrogen production.
