Evaluation Method of Distributed Energy Storage Configuration to Improve Power Supply Capacity of Distribution Network
Energy storage has bidirectional adjustable characteristics, which play an important role in the new power system. First, it can smooth the fluctuation of renewable energy generation. Second, it can provide frequency regulation services. Third, it can provide a backup power supply service to improve the reliability of the power system. Fourth, it can be used for the demand response of the power system to optimize the load curve of the power system using peak shifting, valley filling, and off- peak power consumption. Distributed energy storage multiaccess medium and low voltage distribution network or user side. This paper follows the principles of operability, practicality, science, comparability, reliability, and comprehensiveness. A comprehensive distributed energy storage configuration evaluation index system is established from seven aspects: device level, operation security, power grid reliability, power supply quality, peak cutting and valley filling effect, consumption capacity, and economy of distributed power supply. The overall scoring and implementation effect of distributed energy storage is objectively evaluated by using an analytic hierarchy process. Finally, the effectiveness and adaptability of the proposed algorithm are verified by a practical distribution network.
