Research on multi-specialty collaborative design based on unified modeling of multi-source data
Aerospace, shipbuilding and other military industry, its product system has shown a high degree of complex function, coupling correlation in various fields, reconfigurable and many other characteristics. The baseline management mode of design document based on PLM system has been difficult to meet the needs of more efficient and real-time collaborative design. There are some problems in this mode, such as discrete data source, discontinuous data flow and low efficiency of inter-specialty collaborative iteration, which restrict the overall efficiency and level of complex equipment development. This paper proposes a multi-specialty collaborative design method based on unified modeling of multi-source data, which will conduct unified modeling of heterogeneous data involving multiple specialties and various software tools, and uniformly invoke according to the data requirements of design tools, so as to realize unified invocation and control of multi-specialty design data in the whole life cycle. The inconsistencies of heterogeneous data in the design process are effectively solved, and the design efficiency and quality are improved.
