Application of Blockchain Technology Based on Ring Signature in Intelligent Referral System
In response to the data leakage risks and inefficient referral process in the intelligent referral system, this paper proposes a solution that combines ring signatures and smart contracts. The solution protects patient privacy through ring signature technology, while leveraging the immutability and transparency of blockchain to improve the efficiency and security of the referral process. This paper first applies ring signature technology to ensure the anonymity of patient data, and then builds a blockchain-based platform for storing and sharing medical data. This paper uses the distributed ledger technology of blockchain to ensure that data cannot be tampered with once it is uploaded to the chain, and then integrates smart contracts to automate the referral process, reduce human intervention, and improve the efficiency of referrals. The experiment found that the average leakage rate of the experimental group was 0.084%, which was much lower than the 0.23% of the control group, showing the advantages of ring signature technology in preventing data leakage. In addition, the referral time of the experimental group was generally lower than that of the control group. In terms of the number of unauthorized accesses and patient satisfaction, the experimental group showed better performance than the control group. The maximum number of unauthorized accesses was 2 times, while the maximum number in the control group was 22 times. The patient satisfaction rate in the experimental group was as low as 88% and as high as 99%, while that in the control group was between 58% and 78%. Based on the above data, this paper finds that the intelligent referral system based on ring signature is superior to the traditional referral system in terms of data protection and referral efficiency, has higher security and reliability, and can provide patients with safer and more efficient referral services.
