Data envelopment analysis method in the evaluation of high quality characteristics of complex mechatronics products

This paper describe the application method of data envelopment analysis(DEA)in the quality evaluation of satellite important components. Complex mechatronics products usually consist of numerous critical and complex components, the failure of which can directly affect mission success. Taking the satellite external vector adjustment mechanism as an example, the product interfaces with the satellite main body in multiple ways, including mechanical, electrical, thermal, piping, and high-voltage cables. The production process involves numerous techniques, and any functional failure can cause the electric propulsion system to lose vector adjustment capabilities, thereby impairing the satellite's orbit transfer, attitude control, and angular momentum unloading functions, or even the adjustment capability of other key payloads, resulting in mission failure. This paper proposes a method for DEA and risk assessment based on key product parameters derived from prior information, providing a novel approach for quantitative risk control from a statistical perspective.
