Voltage monitoring method for 220kV and below local power grid based on monitoring information event system
This article introduces a voltage monitoring method for 220kV and below local power grids based on a monitoring information event system. Firstly, collect the initial status of each outgoing switch on the current busbar, as well as the circuit breakers and isolation switches of the lower level substations, to form a matrix of adjacent equipment in the system. Then, based on the topology of the local power grid system, determine the power of the subsequent changes in the adjacent device matrix of the system. After calculation, the results are normalized to obtain the local system topology matrix. On this basis, the voltage signals of the local power grid power points are collected to form a power point voltage matrix, and then combined with the local system topology matrix, the local power grid voltage discrimination matrix is calculated under normal operation mode. Once a system fault signal is received, the real-time local power grid voltage discrimination matrix is quickly calculated, and then the local power grid power loss matrix is calculated to quickly determine the power loss situation of the busbar, line, and subordinate substations. This method can automatically distinguish the voltage in all areas of the local power grid after the automatic switching of equipment busbars and lines of 220kV and below, as well as the backup of lower level substations. It can effectively improve the reporting efficiency of monitoring personnel and operation and maintenance personnel for comprehensive accidents of busbars, lines and other local power grid faults in 220kV and below substations, accelerate response speed, and buy more time for accident handling.
