АВЛИГА, ХЭЭЛ ХАХУУЛИЙН ЭСРЭГ ТӨРИЙН ЭРХ ЗҮЙН БОДЛОГО БОЛОН ХАМТЫН АЖИЛЛАГААНЫ БОДИТ АСУУДЛУУД

The article analyzes the stateof corruption in the Russian Federation. Theexample of statistical data shows the dynamicsof corruption-related crimes, taking intoaccount the comparative criminal legal analysisof the novelization in the Russian Federationof the corruption compositions of illegalencroachments. Conclusions are made aboutthe determinants of international corruptionactions, which are classified according to art.285-292 of the Criminal Code of the RussianFederation - abuse of official powers, abuse ofoffice, bribery, mediation in bribery, forgery,etc. The motives of the corruption orientationare revealed, connected with the stable socialanomie of the population, the illegibility andcollision of the legislation.
