SYSTEMOGENESIS OF PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY OF SUBJECTS OF OFFICIAL ACTIVITY
The article presents the author's concept of the systemogenesis of psychological safety of subjects of official activity. It is assumed that the study of this phenomenon from the standpoint of linear determinism and reductionism is unproductive. The author examines the psychological safety of subjects as a systemic phenomenon and discovers that its components are only relatively independent, but not isolated and are interconnected, constantly developing and moving. A fundamentally important position in the study of the systemogenesis of psychological safety of subjects of official activity is the idea of determining the structure and content of psychological safety of subjects by the characteristics of official activity. The structure and indicators of cognitive, prognostic, affective, regulatory and active components of the studied personality education as a psychological system are theoretically substantiated. The author defines the psychological safety of the subjects of official activity as an integral personal education that arose as a result of mental activity for self-preservation and overcoming threats and dangers, manifesting its essence in the internal activity of the subject aimed at: assessing the situation in the continuum of "dangerous – it is not dangerous" and the sufficiency of one's resources to overcome it, predicting the likelihood of a real danger, the subsequent emotional response to this forecast, volitional regulation of behavior and activities for self-preservation and coping with danger.
