The theoretical review discusses the concepts of children, child protection, and violence, while the results and discussion explore the definition of children, child protection in the perspective of the Child Protection Convention 1996, and analysis of implementation in Indonesia. Indonesia's seriousness in complying with international standards is reflected, but adaptation to the local cultural and legal context is the key to success in protecting children's rights holistically.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini mengeksplorasi upaya perlindungan hak anak melalui perspektif Child Protection Convention 1996 dan Undang-Undang No. 35 Tahun 2014 tentang Perlindungan Anak di Indonesia.
