Engineering and technical support of labor efficiency and safety in the agro-industrial complex

Agro-industrial production, being the basic part of the industry classifier of economic activities, is distinguished by a number of features in the processes of society's life. Despite the variety of these features, the main one is the purpose of the industry, i.e. food production, methods and means of production, and physical and intellectual labor. In terms of food production and processing, the role of the agricultural sector of the economy is highlighted, where the source of efficiency and safety is the constant global improvement of methods and means to achieve goals based on science, best practices and government support. The article provides specific information on this area, including the author's innovative solutions. Priority directions for solving problems in the field under consideration are determined. The processes of continuous improvement of technological processes and productions in terms of electric mechanization and automation are highlighted, despite the insufficient intensity and demand of production. The article considers the state of affairs with the production of agricultural machinery and the state of injuries in the industry. It is noted that there is a need for theoretical justifications for improving efficiency and safety in the direction of dynamically reducing and eliminating injuries based on the provisions of the strategy and tactics of dynamically reducing and eliminating industrial injuries in the agro-industrial complex.
