Effectiveness of a training program in the approach to gender-based violence in emergency professionals: A quasi-experimental study
The training program is highly effective in enhancing healthcare professionals´ competencies in managing cases of gender-based violence. Short, online courses that incorporate innovative resources such as dramatized problem videos represent a feasible and impactful strategy for professional development, especially in setting with limited resources.
