NOSTALGIA AND ITS RELATIONSHIP TO SELF-VITALITY AMONG MARRIED WOMEN AND UNMARRIED WOMEN UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

In the light of the above mentioned, Researchers tried to know the correlation between Nostalgia, Self-Vitality among married women and Unmarried women university students. The sample of the current study consisted of (100) female students (in2023) who were chosen by random multi-stage method from the research community, with (50) from the Married women and (50) from the Unmarried women of the research sample (university students). In order to ascertain the suitability of the two researching scales for university students, Researchers extracted their validity and reliability, as the Validity of the scale was confirmed by (face validity, construct validity); the tools reliability is confirmed through re-testing and Split half. The reliability of the Nostalgia scale by re-testing (0.79) degree, while its reliability by Split half is (0.87) degree. The reliability of the Self-Vitality scale by re-testing (0.86) degree, while it has while its reliability by Split half is (0.89) degree. After ensuring validity and reliability of the researching tools, the researcher gets the researching findings through statistical means by using onesample t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient. After applying the two scales to the research sample, there is a Positive correlation between Nostalgia and Self-Vitality Among university students, which amounted to (0.41) Based upon the results of the current study, Researchers presents a number of recommendations and suggestions.
