Meat processing enterprises play a critical role in providing meat products to the population, and their effective operation directly affects the availability and quality of meat products for consumers. In this regard, the actualization of our research is determined by the need to substantiate, expand and clarify theoretical and methodological aspects, as well as the development of applied solutions in order to ensure sustainable, cost-effective and competitive development of domestic meat processing enterprises based on the implementation of modern methods and integrated management approaches. All this ultimately determines the conceptual orientation, scientific expediency, logical construction and structure of the presentation of our research.
