Abstract

A new isomeric <a:math xmlns:a="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><a:mrow><a:mo>(</a:mo><a:msup><a:mn>4</a:mn><a:mo>−</a:mo></a:msup><a:mo>)</a:mo></a:mrow></a:math> state at 285.5(32) keV in <b:math xmlns:b="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><b:mmultiscripts><b:mi>Tb</b:mi><b:mprescripts/><b:none/><b:mn>162</b:mn></b:mmultiscripts></b:math> was reported by Orford [] based on a Penning-trap mass measurement.
