Pengaruh Dosis Pupuk Hayati dan Macam Pembenah Tanah terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Kedelai Hitam (Glycine max L. Merrill) Varietas Detam-1

This research aims to study the interaction between the dose biofertilizer and the type soil amendment on the growth and yield of black soybean. The experiment was conducted from March to June 2023 at the experimental garden of Agriculture Faculty, Winaya Mukti University, Sumedang Regency at an altitude of 850 meters above sea level. The experiment was used a split plot design, consisted of two factors, namely the dose of biofertilizer (p0 = control; p1 = 3 kg ha-1; p2 = 6 kg ha-1; p3 = 9 kg ha-1) and the type of soil amendment (m0 = control; m1 = goat manure; m2 = rice straw compost; m3 = organic charcoal plus), and repeated 2 times. The results showed that no interaction between the dose of biofertilizer and the type of soil amendment on all observation parameters (plant height 3, 4, 5, 6 weeks after planting (WAP), number of leaves 3, 4, 5, 6 WAP, number of root nodules,shoot root ratio, number of pods per plant, weight of 100 grains, seed weight per plant and seed weight per plot). The results of the independent test of the dose of biofertilizer showed that the dose of 3 kg ha-1 gave the best effect on plant height growth at the age of 3, 4, 5, 6 WAP. The type of soil amendment (goat manure ) gave the best results on plant growth (plant height at 3, 4, 5, 6 WAP) and black soybean yield (seed weight per plant and seed weight per plot).
