A Sliding Mode Active Disturbance Rejection Control Based on Bidirectional DC-DC Converter

In order to solve the problem of bus fluctuation caused by the interference of uncertain factors in the four-phase interleaved parallel bidirectional DC-DC converter in the DC microgrid system, a double closed-loop controller was designed to suppress the disturbance. Firstly, the mathematical model of the bidirectional DC-DC converter is established. Secondly, the current loop is designed to be controlled by Super Twisting (ST) algorithm sliding mode variable structure, and the voltage loop is a double closed-loop controller controlled by active disturbance rejection, and the stability of the controller is analyzed. Finally, through simulation analysis and experimental verification, compared with the traditional double closed-loop PI and double closed-loop sliding mode variable structure control, the controller designed in this paper improves the bus voltage stability and shortens the fluctuation recovery time when the load is disturbed in the Boost, Buck and switching modes, which proves the effectiveness and feasibility of the controller.
