In turning workflow automation and real-time assistance, chatbots could enhance user satisfaction and also operational effectiveness of the library. The present cross-sectional survey sums up the maj or advancements in using AI for library systems, the use of chatbots in learning institutions and the effective use of Telegraph API to develop intelligent interface system. Our results show how the mentioned technologies help libraries to address the current limitations, offering a sustainable solution for meeting new user requirements.
