El principio de competencia y el delito de colusión en la contratación pública de un gobierno local del Perú

This paper describes the impact of the competition principle on the crime of collusion in the procurement of services and goods in a local government. To this end, a sample of 74 public servants who, due to their work, are involved in two phases of contracting and the contrast of other legal investigations was used, with which the evaluation of the variables of the competition principle and the crime of collusion framed in a public contracting was developed. With all this, it is affirmed that the competition principle has a positive impact on the crime of collusion in the procurement of services and goods, because it does not allow this crime to materialize, by allowing the plurality of bidders in the two phases of the selection process and the correct current status of the public servants involved in the process, making the contracting transparent when there is competition.
