The method of random selection was used in the formation of the sample population. The study was cross-sectional and simultaneous using the sociological method. Based on the results of an anonymous survey, three coefficients were calculated, which made it possible to unify the respondents’ estimates. Results. It was determined that according to the results of the 2023–2024 academic years. in general, according to the RMANPO, the activity coefficient during with an anonymous survey was 16.2%, the satisfaction coefficient was 9.09+0.89 points, and the loyalty index was 86%. These coefficients indicate a high level of students’ trust, commitment and willingness to re-enroll in the RMANPO. It was found that after completing training in advanced training and professional retraining programs, the students’ self-assessment of competencies increased from 7.04+0.06 to 8.94+0.04 points (p <0.001). The biggest problem for the respondents was the need to combine education with professional activity, i. e. to study on-the-job according to the employer’s decision. Conclusion. The survey of students enrolled in additional professional programs is an important component for assessing the quality of the educational process. The use of unified approaches by calculating coefficients makes it possible to make the assessment of student satisfaction more objective.

One of the most important parameters of the quality of education is the satisfaction of students with both the learning process and the result obtained. The training of doctors in additional professional development and professional retraining programs presupposes feedback from students, which is provided within the framework of an internal educational quality assessment system. The most optimal method for studying student satisfaction is the sociological method through questionnaires.
