An Improved Soft Switched SEPIC Topology for High Gain Static Power Supply
In this paper, the single ended primary inductor converter (SEPIC) topology is configured in such a way to achieve both zero voltage switching (ZVS) and zero current switching (ZCS) for high DC gain and reduction of major switching power losses. Novel modeling and performance evaluations are carried out by simple PWM control strategy of the (SEPIC) in addition with an auxiliary circuit to reduce the voltage and current stress across the main and auxiliary power switches as merits of the proposed topology for the versatile applications of the static converters
