Optimizing Ag2BaTiSe4 Photovoltaic Devices by Investigating Tuning of Key Parameters
With everything in the universe rushing in the direction of the photovoltaic (PV) cell Energy conversation. This study adds is a thorough look at how different absorber layer thicknesses affect the performance measurements of Ag<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">2</inf>BaTiSe<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">4</inf> PV cells. This study shows that making the absorber layer thicker makes a big difference. As shown in result section, the short circuit current density (J sc) increased from 16.57 to 37.32 mA/cm2 and the power conversion efficiency (PCE) from 10.36% to 21.80%. These new ideas show that light can be absorbed better as well as manufacturing. Due to of higher recombination losses and internal resistances, these changes cause open-circuit voltage (V oc) and fill factor (FF) to go down. An increase in fill factor is another reason for these drops. These results make it clear that a balanced design method is needed to find the best parameters for maximum efficiency. In the end, this study sheds light on Ag<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">2</inf>BaTiSe<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">4</inf> solar cell technology, which makes it possible for more long-lasting and environmentally friendly power sources.
