The Blockchain Paradigm: Revolutionizing Banking Systems with E-KYC Integration

Blockchain integration in the banking sector improves the financial services business by addressing long-standing storage, transparency, and performance challenges. This article examines key values and bundles to see how blockchain affects traditional banking. We examine blockchain's decentralised ledger technology to demonstrate its ability to improve transaction security while lowering operational costs. This paper uses case studies and quantitative analysis to assess the performance of blockchain in banking processes, such as cross-border fees, smart contracts, and identity verification. Blockchain optimises the system, reduces fraud, and confirms sponsor verification, but redemption challenges such as compliance and technology integration persist. We conclude that blockchain has interesting applications in banking, but stakeholders must collaborate to reach its full potential. This research assists financial institutions, policymakers, and analysts in better understanding the evolution of the banking system.
