Strategi Komunikasi Staf Bagian Perencanaan Polres Lombok Tengah Dalam Mendukung Fungsi Perencanaan POLRI

This study aims to analyse the communication strategies implemented by Central Lombok Police Planning Section staff in supporting the planning function of the National Police. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach, using in-depth interviews and observations of Planning Section staff and related leaders. The results show that although formal and informal communication has been implemented, there are obstacles in coordination between work units and the use of technology is not optimal. The findings indicate the importance of strengthening communication among staff, as well as technical training in the use of existing information systems. This research contributes to understanding the relationship between effective communication and planning effectiveness in police institutions. The results of this study can serve as a reference for the development of communication strategies within the police, as well as encourage more optimal use of information technology in supporting efficient and accurate planning processes.
