Pelatihan Master of Ceremony untuk meningkatan kemampuan Public Speaking Remaja Hindu Di Pasraman Yowana Vidya Jnana

This research examines the increase in public speaking skills of Hindu teenagers at Pasraman Yowana Vidya Jnana through Master of Ceremony training which aims to find out how to improve the public speaking skills of Hindu teenagers at Pasraman Yowana Vidya Jnana through MC training, to find out how public speaking has improved in Hindu teenagers after MC training, and to analyze the obstacles faced by Pasraman in carrying out MC training. The research method used was descriptive qualitative by collecting non-participant observation data, semi-structured interviews and documentation. The analysis technique uses three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data conclusion. This research uses S-O-R (Stimulus, Organism, Response) to analyze problem formulation. The results of this research illustrate that Hindu teenagers in Pasraman Yowana Vidya Jnana still do not understand public speaking. The obstacles faced are Hindu teenagers' lack of self-confidence, limited time, laziness, lack of interest and mood adjustment. The public speaking skills of Hindu teenagers need to be improved because some teenagers are still unable to practice public speaking. There was quite a good improvement in the public speaking skills of Hindu teenagers after MC training at Pasraman Yowana Vidya Jnana where Hindu teenagers began to understand the basics of public speaking from MC training.
