EFFECT OF NANO-EXTRACT OF ARCTOSTAPHLOS-UVA-URSI ON INHIBITING SOME SKIN PATHOGENIC BACTERIA

The aim is to study the effect of nano-solutions manufactured by green synthesis from bearberry extract Arctostaphylos uva-ursi Spreng on some types of bacteria isolated from skin infections, namely: Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Staphylococcus aureus, Enterobacter cloacae, Acinetobacter baumannii, Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The cytotoxicity MTT was also tested to determine the toxicity of nano-solutions nanomaterials. The result of the effect of nano-solutions manufactured with bearberry extract on bacterial growth concentrations was (100,75,50,25) % M, where it was noted that the concentration of 100% M was more effective with an average inhibition diameter, while it was noted that the nano solutions with aloe vera extract were (42,40,45,23,22,48,46) mm.As for the solutions, they were gradually and inversely diluted from the mixture of the two nano solutions, nickel oxide with bearberry extract, mixed with the nano solution cobalt oxide with aloe vera extract. This mixture was diluted to concentrations of (1.0, 0.07, 0.05, 0.01) % M. It was noted that the diluted nano solutions were the most effective, as the concentration of 0.1% M average inhibition diameter (45,48,45,40,43,44,48) mm, MTT test proved that the solutions are non-toxic.
