Study Protocol: Association of Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) with Endometrium Thickness and Pregnancy Outcome in Women with Recurrent Implantation Failure (RIF)
Therefore, the study will demonstrate that PRP improves the endometrium thickness, reduces the recurrent implantation failure, and also increases the clinical pregnancy rate in the patients who are infused with the PRP. It will demonstrate that PRP is very cost-effective as it is an affordable and low-risk adjunct to improve endometrium receptivity.
