ARTISTIC WAYS OF REFLECTING NATIONAL HISTORY AND CHARACTER IN THE POEM OF NURDIN MUZAEV «HOT HEARTS»

Abstract. The topic of this study is due to the relevance of fiction about the historical past in the modern conditions of the activation of the idea of national identity. The aim of the work is a comprehensive literary analysis of the famous poem by the Chechen writer Nurdin Muzaev «Hot Hearts». The main areas of the study are concentrated in the area of the problem level, the structure of the text, its genre features, due to the focus of the writer's thought on a modern objective interpretation of the historical past and the display of «typical characters in typical circumstances» (F. Engels). Particular attention is paid to the system of images of the po-em, in the construction of which there is a reliance on the principle of polar opposition: positive and negative characters. It is noted that the writer relies on the principles of socialist realist aesthetics, mandatory for Sovi-et literature, but at the same time seeks to create a national world through the display of the national charac-ter, traditions and mentality of the Chechen people. The methodology of comparative typological and compar-ative literary criticism becomes the most adequate for achieving this goal. In the analysis of the lyrical begin-ning of the poem, the methods of intertextual analysis are used, identifying the features of the system of artistic and expressive means. It is noted that the text of the poem actively uses ideologemes of socialist realist dis-course. The structure has ideological support points that stand out through a change in discursive practice. During the analysis of the text, the author's methods of transmitting his own position and assessing events were discovered and described. It is concluded that the evolutionary features of the poem «Hot Hearts» are mani-fested in the desire to recreate the national flavor, show the importance of traditions and values of the people, embody the idea of internationalism and designate the importance of historical memory in the name of avoid-ing the mistakes of the past.
