REPRESENTATION OF THE CONCEPT «FRIENDSHIP» IN THE CHECHEN EPIC «ILLI»

Abstract. The article provides a brief lexical and semantic analysis of the concept of «dottag1alla» (friend-ship) in Chechen heroic and epic works «illi». It is noted that almost all works of «illi» touch upon the theme of friendship to one degree or another. Chechen «illi» have a certain specificity of the plot, where the hero of the work always defeats evil or justice triumphs. In these motives, the concept of «dottag1alla» sometimes plays a decisive role. Accordingly, in Chechen folklore, the concept of «dottag1alla» has an exceptionally broad representation both in lexical and semantic terms and in linguistic and philosophical manifestation. Within the framework of this article, we analyzed only some attributes inherent in the concept of «dottag1alla» and reflecting its ethno-mental specificity. In the Chechen epic works of «illi», almost all the ethical features char-acteristic of the concept of «dottag1alla» are manifested. Here we find the whole complex of spiritual and moral relations, values, which indicate what value are associated in the Chechen axiological picture of the world within the concept of «dottag1alla». The article also provides some lexical and semantic units that de-termine the cultural uniqueness of the concept of «dottag1alla» in the Chechen linguoculture. One of the sig-nificant features on which the concept of «dottag1alla» is based in the Chechen linguoculture is involvement, and this involvement is both spiritual and physical.
