CRITERIA AND LEVELS OF FORMATION OF THE SUBJECT POSITION OF CADETS IN THE EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT OF A MILITARY UNIVERSITY

Abstract. In the article, the author examines the criteria and levels of formation of the subjective position of cadets of a military university based on the analysis of practical experience and theoretical approaches. A his-torical analysis is conducted, in which the author identifies several key stages in the formation and develop-ment of the concept of «subjective position» in pedagogy. Various approaches of researchers in matters of forming a subjective position are considered. The author's understanding of the formation of a subjective posi-tion is given, the main approaches are highlighted. The study presents the main criteria that, in the author's opinion, influence the formation of a subjective position (cognitive, activity, motivational, reflexive), the key characteristics of each level of formation of a subjective position are identified, starting from the initial level, where cadets are just beginning to realize their subjective position, to the expert level, where cadets show a high degree of independence and responsibility. This work is a valuable study in the field of pedagogy and ed-ucational psychology, aimed at developing the subjective position of cadets in the educational environment of a military university.
