Methods: The article presents a descriptive study design. Purposive sampling was employed to select participants who had attended outreach eye camps during a specified period. Primary data were collected through structured interviews, clinical assessments, and vision screening procedures. Data analysis was done through descriptive statistical analysis, comparative analysis, and thematic analysis of qualitative data. Results: A total of 924 patients participated in the eye camps conducted in underserved communities.
