Reflection and Optimization Path of Shared Court Construction—Taking Zhejiang Province as an Example
The shared court is an institutional innovation created by Zhejiang Province in response to the reform of digital justice. As the smallest support point for one litigation services, one-stop diversified dispute resolution, and one-stop grassroots governance, the shared court has gradually taken root and sprouted in Zhejiang Province with its unique of “not increasing the establishment and not building new houses”, extending judicial services to the most peripheral end of grassroots governance. However, during the construction process of the shared, a series of problems have gradually emerged, such as the lack of specific rules, the difficulty in implementing it at the grassroots level, and the lack of close with the people, which have hindered the development of the shared court. In order to be able to embark on the track of sound development, the “shared court” learn from the theoretical connotation of the Fengqiao Experience in the future, and make steady progress in perfecting specific rules, resolving the dilemma of sinking, closely contacting the people, so as to achieve the transformation of the shared court from high quantity to high quality development.
