Pendampingan Industri Mode Lokal "Dzanira Collection"

Our program aims to facilitate the fashion business, Dzanira Collection, located in Cilimus Village, Kuningan, West Java. The major challenges faced by our partner is the lack of a dedicated boutique for displaying her clothing products and the absence of a suitable location for catalog photoshoots that can be shared on social media platforms. In response to these challenges, our solution involves the creation of a 1.5m x 1.5m booth inside our partner's home, serving as both a product photoshoot area and a physical retail space for offline sales to visitors. By establishing an elegant boutique-like setting, we anticipate attracting more visitors to our partner's home and providing her with a professional environment for showcasing her fashion products. The outcome of this activity is an increase in our partner’s marketing skill and a growth in sales by 60%. Through this initiative, we aim to empower MSME entrepreneurs like our partner to enhance their business operations and adapt to changing market dynamics.
