Institutional Aspects of Enterprise Strategies Publicity

This study aims to identify the institutional aspects and reasons behind the disclosure of enterprise strategy documents. In recent years, corporate public relations have grown, but strategic aspects of activities are actually limited to announcing targets. We have identified several approaches to the disclosure of documents at various stages: formation, presentation, and implementation. We analyzed research and survey results from companies. We found that the strategy as a document is lacking in clarity and structure, or key attributes. Strategies revise or replace due to environmental changes, affecting both those who design and make decisions, and those who have access to materials. This relates to both the cognitive and material forms of strategic storage. As a result, current trends reflect in the increasing involvement of a wide range of stakeholders in the formation of an appropriate corporate strategy, and the transition to a project-based approach in its formulation, in the form of a descriptive model. The purpose of the strategy is to shift from being a directive document and instead coordinate the activities of the company, necessitating increased awareness of its provisions. Such documents remain largely classified, and only adapted and condensed materials publish in the external environment.
