ETIKA AKHLAQ DALAM KURIKULUM PENDIDIKAN ISLAM DI INDONESIA: SEBUAH TINJAUAN SISTEMATIS LITERATUR
This systematic literature review explores the integration of etika akhlaq (ethics and morality) within the Islamic education curriculum in Indonesia. The study aims to analyze how ethical and moral values are conceptualized, taught, and implemented in Islamic educational institutions across the country. By examining scholarly articles, books, and relevant documents published between 2000 and 2023, this review identifies key themes, challenges, and strategies in embedding etika akhlaq into the curriculum. Findings reveal that etika akhlaq serves as a foundational element in shaping students' character, aligning with both Islamic principles and national educational goals. However, challenges such as varying interpretations of Islamic teachings, limited teacher training, and the influence of modernization pose significant obstacles. The study concludes with recommendations for enhancing the effectiveness of etika akhlaq education, including curriculum development, teacher capacity building, and fostering collaboration between educational stakeholders. This review contributes to the ongoing discourse on moral education in Islamic contexts and offers insights for policymakers and educators in Indonesia.
