The research population was limited to the College of Administration and Economics, with the number of respondents to the questionnaire being (92) individuals, and the number of valid forms for statistical analysis amounting to (78) members. The hypotheses were tested using the computer program (SPSS.Ver.26). Conclusions and Suggestions: The study concluded that there is a significant correlation between authentic leadership and organizational happiness at both the overall and partial levels. This indicates that the more the surveyed individuals in the field incline towards authentic leadership, the higher the levels of organizational happiness. The study recommended enhancing the weak relationship between self-awareness and organizational happiness by providing regular feedback channels. This approach would help faculty members improve their performance and increase their awareness of their capabilities.
