Associative and transcription analysis of rs 2900590 G0S2 gen with body weight and fat deposition in Pushkinskaya breed hens
Infl uence genotypes with 29005090 GOS2 gen replacement has been studied on hen body weight and connection has been evaluated of transcription activity depending on genotype and abdominal fat mass in Pushkinskaya breed hens. Spearman correlative connections analysis has shown positive average correlation of expression level for “abdominal fat mass” trait at unreliable level. GG genotype of rs29005090 G0S2 gen replacement has been shown to be the most favorable, and this replacement may be recommended for selection with marker help for body weight increasing in meat poultry breeding.
