Research on Personalized Art Design and Customized Product Development Driven by Artificial Intelligence

Advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) have revolutionized creative domains, enabling innovative solutions to traditional challenges in personalized art design and customized product development. These fields demand the harmonious integration of aesthetic principles and functionality, ensuring designs cater to individual preferences while maintaining creative originality. Conventional methodologies often rely on manual processes or heuristic techniques, limiting scalability and adaptability. Existing approaches struggle to balance aesthetic coherence, functional constraints, and user-specific customization, which hampers their application in dynamic and diverse design contexts. To address these limitations, we propose a novel computational framework that systematically incorporates AI-driven strategies into the art design process. Our approach leverages a graph-based model, integrating formal design principles, such as symmetry, balance, and color harmony, with advanced optimization techniques for iterative refinement. The framework embeds designs into a latent space using graph neural networks, enabling generative capabilities and fine-tuning through feedback mechanisms. The incorporation of real-time data analytics enhances its ability to adapt to evolving user preferences, ensuring the generated designs remain contextually relevant. Experimental results demonstrate the model’s ability to produce highly personalized, aesthetically harmonious, and functionally viable designs across multiple domains, including branding, digital media, and interactive products. By bridging theoretical design principles with cutting-edge AI techniques, this study contributes to the ongoing evolution of intelligent, user-centric design methodologies, setting new benchmarks for creativity and innovation in art and product design.
