KONSEP HAK MILIK DALAM QUR’AN : TINJAUAN AYAT-AYAT TENTANG KEPEMILIKAN HARTA

The Qur'an emphasizes the concept of property ownership as a mandate from Allah, and humans are expected to use it wisely and fairly. The Qur'an provides guidelines on inheritance, zakat, and trade so that wealth is not only enjoyed by a few people, but also used for the common welfare. This study aims to provide a good understanding of Property Rights in the Qur'an. The method used is the mauḍū‘ī interpretation method, also called thematic interpretation, a method where the interpreters try to collect verses of the Qur'an from various surahs related to previously determined issues or topics, then studied in depth and thoroughly from various aspects related to it, such as asbāb al-nuzūl, vocabulary, and so on. The results of this study indicate that the Qur'an teaches humans with something (property) and gives absolute rights to someone who owns property to utilize the property they own and prevent others from utilizing it. The implication of this research is that society is able to reflect back on the values of the Qur'an regarding property ownership rights in order to create a more just and equitable social environment..
