Efficacy and safety of image-guided hypofractionated radiotherapy for hepatocellular carcinoma with portal vein tumor thrombosis: a retrospective, multicenter study
Hypofractionated RT demonstrated promising local PVTT control and OS rates with acceptable toxicity. These data suggest that 10-fraction image-guided hypofractionated RT (BED: 56-75 Gy10) is a feasible treatment option for PVTT in HCC patients.
