FEATURES OF THE COMBINED COURSE OF TUBERCULOSIS AND NORWEGIAN SCABIES IN HIV-INFECTED PATIENTS

With the annual increase in the number of people living with HIV, the number of co-infected patients is increasing. The development of comorbid conditions changes the clinical picture of each of the combined diseases, worsens the prognosis. The purpose of this study was to study the features of the combined course of tuberculosis and Norwegian scabies in HIV-infected patients. The paper presents a clinical observation, describes clinical and laboratory parameters and treatment algorithms. Conclusion: Multicombity in HIV infection has now become a reality. The reason for its occurrence is the patient's refusal of antiretroviral therapy (ART). With the development of multicombity in HIV infection, the main disease is HIV infection, therefore, the use of ART should be constant, which will ensure a high level of CD4 lymphocytes and reduce the risk of developing opportunistic infections. The clinical manifestations of tuberculosis in HIV-infected patients depend on the stage of HIV infection. Tuberculosis in the early stages of HIV infection.
