Konsep kepemimpinan guru dalam perspektif pendidikan Islam

The purpose of this paper is to describe teacher leadership in Islamic education. A literature study analysis was conducted using primary sources from books and journals. The study shows that leadership is an important component in organisations. In education, leadership is the key to success. Due to the many managerial aspects in education, leadership is very important. The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) has demonstrated the traits of a good teacher in Islam: honest, trustworthy, communicative and intelligent. In addition, teacher leadership in Islamic education requires exemplary and good communication skills from a leader.
