The role of effective land management for agriculture development in Аzerbaijan

The article briefly analyzes the types of soil fertility, the directions of provision, as well as the main factors of the system of organizing the reproduction of land resources. At the same time, the importance of protecting the economic value of land as the main means of agricultural production is shown in ensuring sustainable development of agriculture and in specific economic infrastructure. The article stated that soil fertility is determined by the ability to meet the needs of plants for nutrients, air, water, heat, biological and physicochemical environment, as well as to ensure the productivity of agricultural products through high-quality agricultural management. The importance of land accounting and proper balance sheet preparation for effective land management is revealed. В статье кратко анализируются типы плодородия почв, направления его обеспечения, а также основные факторы системы организации воспроизводства земельных ресурсов. При этом показана важность защиты экономической ценности земли как основного средства сельскохозяйственного производства в обеспечении устойчивого развития сельского хозяйства и в конкретной экономической инфраструктуре. В статье указано, что плодородие почв определяется способностью удовлетворять потребности растений в питательных веществах, воздухе, воде, тепле, биологической и физико-химической среде, а также обеспечивать продуктивность сельскохозяйственной продукции за счет качественного управления сельским хозяйством. В статье, раскрывается важность учета земель и правильного составления баланса для эффективного управления земельными ресурсами.
